Sachelin is another outstanding Rugosa rose. The pink blend flowers are borne in profusion all season. We have observed good fragrance during the summer, but as the temperatures cool going into fall, the fragrance becomes spicy, the typical clove scented rugosa. Sachelin has a vigorous growth habit and makes an outstanding specimen in the garden. It has the typical rugose wrinkled leaves and is never bothered by disease in our gardens. We recommend it highly.
